Restaurant Schlemmerich in Emmerich

A beautiful place. Right on the Rhine. Unfortunately a bit limited due to Corona. Friendly service, sales at the window.

Had dinner here in August with a bunch of friends. We come here more often, but lately the food has been disappointing. So we prefer to eat at the adjacent restaurant.

Nice café on the emmerich Rhine promenade. In an autumnal atmosphere, I was there for green tea with a friend. Despite the blankets for cold days that were available outside in the warm winter garden, the atmosphere seemed a bit cool to me personally. But this can also be due to the corona adjustments. The tea was delicious and the service was friendly. I will come back. See you soon, Adrian :)

The gastronomy here is heavily geared towards Dutch customers. It is one of the few cafés that was even open on the Emmerich Rhine promenade on Friday afternoons. In addition to a small selection of cakes (including apple pie, of course), there are very tasty fresh waffles with 'accessories'. From the restaurant you have a nice view of the container port and the Rhine.

Have enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Super great selection. Super tasty and fresh. Really great, friendly staff. We felt comfortable all around. Price-performance ratio was really good. The children (3 years old) were also welcome and satisfied. Can just be recommended

After a nice walk on the Rhine, delicious Belgian waffles with hot cherries and vanilla ice cream. And girls👍

Been again yesterday for breakfast buffet. We have been coming here for years and it is always superb. Various sandwiches and bread. Scrambled egg and bacon sausages. Many types of toppings. Unlimited coffee / tea. Cottage cheese fruits. Too many to mention. Saturday and Sunday. Recommended.

Nice schnitzel. Fries were very very good. Beer cool and wonderful. And the view on the river is very nice.

Herliche Bruchetta

I went to eat waffles with a friend today. We were really looking forward to the waffles, as promised on the posters, with fruit and a large selection of sauces and ice cream. But instead there was only a waffle warm in the microwave with cherries from the glass, a mini scoop of ice cream and whipped cream. Not particularly soon paid 20 € for 2 waffles with 2 drinks. If only we had gone to the competition next door ...

The food was mediocre. Part of the salad bar seemed to have come straight out of a jar. The schnitzel had a limp short and was too thick. No disinfectant was present. One staff member did not have the mask over his nose. At the salad bar someone without a cap was bragging about it. The ladies' toilet was too filthy for words in terms of seat, and there was no disinfectant available

I ate a pikeperch fillet here. That was cooked great. The staff was very nice and also very quick. Gladly again.

Had dinner here a week ago. We sat in the garden. Very nice cozy restaurant. Friendly employees and delicious food. Highly recommended!

Noce view and Great lunch

We were there today at lunchtime, on the sun terrace directly on the Rhine. Service & food were excellent. The reservation by telephone also worked flawlessly. We'd love to come back 👍

Delicious cutlets like these you should taste. ATM was difficult for a while, but otherwise good service, fresh salad bar.

Sunday July 4 reserved for breakfast buffet that we have enjoyed here several times. but last Sunday it was very sad what was offered for the otherwise rich breakfast buffet. there was no buffet and also very scant what you received on your table 6 sandwiches, jam, nutela, butter 1 can of coffee and vegetable omelet. to each other we said it has been adjusted by corona will also adjust the price. but unfortunately pay the full blow, the buffet price of 13.90 € p.p.really scandalous and bastard. I have very much advertised for the good service and the extensive buffet mar that is now only explained negatively. Eric Bertrand

We were here for the first time eating burgers. And were also quite happy with it. Although we are spoiled at home by the big bust burger in Dortmund. But the promenades flear tops everything A Google error is not meant restaurant Schlemmerich but Burger Pier 1. Schlemmerich has already had its own good recession from me. I apologize *)

Best place!!!

The Schlemmerich restaurant is great. We sat on a veranda right on the Rhine. The food was served very appealing and tasted delicious. The selection of dishes was so large that there was something for everyone. The restaurant is located directly on the Rhine promenade.

Nicely situated along the Rhein, tasty schnitzels. Only reason for the 4 stars, took about 50 min to get those schnitzels . But friendly waiters and cozy atmosphere

Best Cappuccino in the world and very good service! I can absolutly recommend this place.

Super tasty burgers prepared in various ways. Here one with pulled pork. Super friendly staff and nice weather from the terrace on the Rhine. Citizens prices between 8.50 and 12 €

Good coffee

I am not very happy with the taste of the ice cream that I ordered. Also the coffee is not a good one. It is not strong, it has too much water and too less coffee. The view is spectacular to the Rhein and the terrace is big and comfortable. Honestly is the first and last time in this restaurant. So, 3 stars from me, maybe other persons have different teste.

Great service and a perfect location on the riverbank. Always friendly staff and the views from the terrace are lovely.
